About
Kim Ausbury, ASP, IDP
co-owner |
|
"At
each man's birth there comes into being an eternal vocation for him,
expressly for him. To be true to himself in relation to his eternal
vocation is the highest thing a man can practice." Kim agrees
wholeheartedly with this quote from Soren Kierkegaard.
As
a young girl, Kim was always rearranging the furniture in her room,
throughout her parent's house and at her grandparent's home. She loved
"playing house" which meant, of course, placing each piece
of plastic toy furniture, along with accessories, on every level of
her Barbie Dream Home.
When
Kim grew up and got married, she and her husband found themselves
moving every two and a half years and Kim took it upon herself to
get each of their homes "ready to sell". Every home sold
within a few days of putting them on the market.
A
few years ago, Kim was introduced to the interior design concept of
"Staging". Is it any wonder her inner child leaped for joy?
After
completing the courses necessary to practice as an Accredited Staging
Professional, Kim had successfully positioned herself to honor her
life values - and Staged for You was created.
Since
then, Kim has developed a loyal following through her interior decorating
and interior redesign services. Every client is simply "Amazed"
at the results that are achieved.
Each
day for Kim begins with gratitude because she is truly thankful to
be doing what she was created to do! |

About
Teresa Kratzer,
IDS
co-owner |
|
|
Teresa
has always had an affinity for music and the arts. Teresa is someone
who thrives in a creative environment. She says she always needs
to be "creating" in some capacity or venue.
Over the past 20 years, Teresa has channeled that creative energy
and passion into creating and re-creating spaces-whether in her
home, for others, or in community arenas such as event planning
and decorating for charity events.
Teresa and her family have had the great fortune of living in many
different parts of the country. Over the years, because her family
was so transient, she has had opportunities to "recreate"
and "rearrange" a multitude of her own living spaces with
different architectural and regional styles. Teresa has owned and
staged eleven homes in 23 years!
At about the same time as Teresa's daughters were approaching college
age, home staging and redesign were making their debut as the hottest
trend in home design services, along side the tried and true method
of traditional interior decorating. Fortunately for Teresa, the
skills she refined in her career as a domestic "Diva"
and community advocate gave her the skills and expertise needed
to be a member of this exciting new field of interior design.
Teresa has always dreamed of owning her own business, which would
incorporate her creativity along with her unique approach to decorating.
Teresa lives by the motto, "Make it look like a million without
spending a million."
Teresa says the most thrilling part of her job is to the see the
sheer delight and surprise on our client's face when they see the
"finished product" for the first time. It is not just
about creating a beautiful space for each homeowner to enjoy, but
rather it's helping them realize their own dream home. It is all
about getting to know our clients, how they use their spaces and
capturing THEIR dream of what it could be... by that time, we've
come full circle. By helping them, we have fulfilled our dreams
too!
